Price per unit on four Worcester deals I closed

$590,000 divided by 2 units = $295,000 a unit

Pick a building

Closed sales in MLS PIN, as shown on John’s Zillow profile. Based on information provided to and compiled by MLS Property Information Network, Inc. covering the period January 17, 2025 through July 7, 2026.

About these four deals

In the issue: sale price divided by units, for 2, 3 and 4 family buildings. It is the number buyers compare.

I found no published median price for Worcester 2-4 families. These come from my own sales.

I was the seller’s agent on the July and May 2026 sales, and the buyer’s agent on the other two.
